Bali Adventure 2

Well it just gets better , we have the monkey temple with such a gorgeous cliff view and Wishnu Garuda Temple which is massive in the background










There was Art of Living Teachers' meet in Bali Grand Inna, our international counterparts were there and we had a fruitful time exchanging ideas and inspiring each other to make this world a better place. Besides photo shoots, we did get some work done as you can see :)

Bali Adventure 1

Bali is such a magical place full of grace and spiritualism intertwined so tightly togather. The island is just lush green. The temples are forever busy with ceremonies and the sea is eternally beautiful to mention the least. Some of the images that caught my imagination were








The Back alleys of Seminyak and Padi Fields in the East of Bali are a vast contrast and add colours to this vibrant island.

Bound Lotus Retreat in Aloha Changi

This retreat was meant for about 8 to 10 people but, in the end a total of 15 made it on Saturday afternoon. They were all geared in the Kundaini White outfit, beaming with smile and anticipation of the retreat. Even though there were not enough beds for all them, some were brave to face the floor and be ready for early morning sadhana. This was what unfolded at the retreat

Sentosa Retreat and White Yoga

We had a beautiful yoga retreat in Rasa Sentosa . The day was beautiful, the setting peaceful & participants were all geared up. Facing the sea is such a charm to the body and mind and in no time they were all relaxed and wanting more :)

After this session they wanted me to do a glamour pose, this is the best i could come up with !
Earlier days i did a classs on White Yoga, which turned out to be a great hit with the students. The theme was white, and practicing yoga with purity in mind. The setting and the yoga outfit really put everyone in a serene mood and peaceful ambiance. Just a few shots for your pleasure.

More children workshops = more Fun and Joy

WE are Sunlove Home in Chai Chee, the lovely children are introduced to Yoga and they seem to be digging it at ease. The cobra pose just seems to perk them up with more energy and enthusiam. After the session they asked as when are we coming back again !

Celebrating a birthday is always a magical moment for any child. All of them eagerly singing and anticipating the cake cutting moment with relief and excitement. I guess we are no different and we too will always be a child at times

Here the children are just waiting for the Go Instructions, coz its game time and they are all so alert and attentive. Full of joy and totally present in this moment, there is only smiles on their faces


We have the rainbow class introducing yoga with colors and drawing. This workshop in kl doing the Radiant Child Course was simply fantastic and fulfilling.

Children Excursions and Outings

We have taken them so far to the parks, beach, and here its to the goat farm . They enjoy being with animals and feeding them was the unspoken highlight. Children have this spark in their eyes & tenderness in their heart .Such is the gift of their presence - dont u think so :)

Nature time with the flora and fauna. According to Howard Gardener an exponent of Multiple Intelligence for Children, a child who is more exposed to the environment and sensitive to nature will have a higher degree of brain development and social skills. Its interesting as our ancestors always did give mother earth its reverence.

Bringing the Jungle into the classroom is always a riot. The children had a Blast and Acres brought about the awareness that is happening in world today. Cruelty to wild animals, conservation ideas and inspiration for kinder, safer and more humane co existence. What is their verdict of our future leaders
They just loved every bit of it :)

Children Yoga Workshops during Holidays

Its time for me to share the children yoga workshops. Art Excel is a program which we do regularly during the school holiday for children from 7 to 12.They learn essential skills on discipline, focus, social and moral skills, creativity and of course yoga. All done in a fun and enjoyable manner.
You can see them all calm and focusing within. Not a hard feat for young ones actually !

All small and big are taught to reach to new heights. Body and mind is expanded in a wholesome manner and the children are stretching all possibilities and exploring their strength. Sun salutation is a natural favorite amongst them.





Parents are all so supportive and encouraging to their children, the love and bond between parents and children r so evident during these courses ahh such a wonderful feeling:)
