GOING UP POON HILL
A great climb the whole morning you can see the joy in our face ! What a day to of sight and sweat :)

In the enchanted forest, to go up to the moutains we had to venture deep in the woods, look at the trees behind just like a fairy tale place in the movies

Caught in the rain, no raincoat, either stay here or improvise, do decided to enjoy this moment and move on after cutting some plastic material - wah so happy after

Yoga in the moutains, facing the moutains was exhilirating, we made a short prayer for the snow capped moutain to reveal itself, and soonafter our yoga, our prayers was answered to our delight.

Well this my second entry so how this works out wish to share events that have taken place in 2008 in terms of travel.
Jan was in Perth in a Vipassana Retreat - no words to describe the experience 10 days of SILENCE !
Well in Mar took a group of people to Rishikesh(india) to the Yoga Festival
In june we had some YES and Art Excel Classes full on - they kept us on our toes literally
Aug drove to KL and the place we stayed Golden Horse Place was simply the Best :)
